Wholesale Policies
Ordering Policies:

Orders placed by 8am Tuesday will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed after the weekly cut off will be fulfilled on a case by case basis, if product is available. Orders of this type will be paid for before delivery or pick up.

We deliver on Mondays between 10:00am-1:00pm. If you need a specific delivery window, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate as best as possible!
- Our minimums for delivery are based on proximity:
- $50 minimum for under 5 mile radius
- $100 minimum for 5-15 mile radius
Payment Policies:
- All customers that are sales tax exempt must provide a copy of their Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Sales tax will be charged until certificate is provided.
- All accounts are under 30 day terms.
- Accounts can be paid online via credit card or by mailing a check to the provided address on invoice.
- Orders will not be approved unless your account is within terms.
- An invoice is provided upon delivery, and a signature is required. We keep all signed invoices on file, and they can be emailed upon request.
Specialty Flavor Policies:

We make custom flavors and sizes to order to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
- If you're interested in a custom flavor, we'd love to collaborate!
- We'll provide a sales agreement with terms on purchasing any custom flavor/product.
Marketing:
- New accounts will be provided a "proudly serving" sign, in addition to any applicable menu signage.
- Additional marketing collateral available upon request, price varying.
